Florida experts look into Brazil's booming ethanol sector

Florida Gov. Charlie Crist recently visited Brazil to look into the country's robust sugar cane-based ethanol industry, which experts are looking to as an alternative fuel model. Crist has proposed legislation to require all gas include 10% ethanol and his proposed budget would invest $42.5 million in developing and promoting biofuels. One expert said the state should look to develop cellulosic ethanol.
