Ohio may review use of parking permits

Roughly one in 10 Ohio drivers hold parking permits meant for people with disabilities, preventing many in wheelchairs from using the reserved spots. Advocates and people with disabilities are calling on the state to tighten restrictions to prevent people who use the passes for convenience rather than out of need.
