UNC cancer center to focus on needs of survivors

A cancer treatment center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has become the eighth member of a national network that focuses on treating survivors of cancer. The program will concentrate on survivors of breast, prostate and colon cancers and address treatment side effects, signs of recurrence, and how patients can return to life and work responsibilities.
