ARC executive discusses airline merchandising

Allan Mutén, the director of strategic communications at ARC, discusses how the company plans to start accommodating airline merchandising and ancillary products. ARC also plans to replace most paper documents in its system, although the company won't become completely paperless as Amtrak still will be on paper and there are a few other exceptions. Mutén also responds to questions about the value ARC offers to travel agents.
