Pooch-friendly Subaru spots to play out on cable

Subaru this weekend will break a dog-centric ad campaign for its Forester vehicle. The spots, meant to appeal to American pet owners, will begin running Saturday in Animal Planet's "Dogs 101" and will make additional appearances during the network's Puppy Bowl on Sunday, National Geographic Channel's "Dog Whisperer" marathon on Feb. 15 and USA's presentation of "The Westminster Dog Show" on Feb. 15 and 16.
