World Trade Center tower rises 200 feet above street level

Workers at the 1 World Trade Center tower are installing steel joints at the building's 20th-floor level 200 feet above the street, while work on more than 600,000 square feet of museum space continues underground. The 1,776-foot, 104-story skyscraper is set to open in 2013.
