Fuller: User fees still threaten GA

While Congress was able to avoid the so-called "fiscal cliff" at the start of the year, the budget plan that President Barack Obama is required to submit to Congress for 2013-2014 is likely to include aviation user fees. "Given the statements made during 2012, we have every reason to believe that the administration will come in search of more revenue from the general aviation community, and their search seems to focus on operational user fees," said AOPA's Craig Fuller.
