Ky. Republican senator taking aim at TSA -- again

Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., has two plans to scale back the Transportation Security Administration's authority. One would privatize the organization, and the other calls for creating a passenger bill of rights. Paul introduced the bills last year, but they were never promoted out of the Senate Commerce Committee.
