Pangea wins Energy Dept. approval for $5B LNG export project

Pangea LNG's proposed liquefied natural gas export project in Texas has secured U.S. Department of Energy approval. A joint venture between Pangea and Statoil is developing the $5 billion terminal on a 550-acre site on Corpus Christi Bay. Construction could begin this year.
