Idaho adds cheese curds to its milk offerings

A new creamery in Meridian, Idaho, produces cheese curds from 100% natural milk, and it expects to make more dairy products, including ice cream, in the near future. The creamery is the cornerstone of Blue Ribbon Artisans, a group of villages and shops that also offer hundreds of domestic and international cheeses.
