Opponents to Port Huron, Mich., plaza expansion organize

Residents and businesses in Port Huron, Mich., have put together a legal entity to express concerns about the economic and environmental impact of the Michigan Department of Transportation's plan to expand the Blue Water Bridge Plaza into the city center. More than 130 homes and 30 businesses would be demolished under the plan to build the larger plaza, and many in the community have expressed their opposition to the plan.
