Boy with special needs finally given bus service to school

A 6-year-old student with special needs in Chicago has been guaranteed bus transportation to school through the end of the year after a legal battle with the school system, which declined to offer details on why the student was not provided daily bus service to begin with. "This child is entitled to an education," said the boy's grandmother. "How could it take this long to get this boy a bus?"
