Dodd proposes bonus ban for top executives at rescued firms

Sen. Christopher Dodd, D-Conn., has proposed legislation that would prohibit bonuses for senior executives at any company that received funds through the Troubled Asset Relief Program. Dodd's measure will be attached to the stimulus program being debated by the Senate.
