Bartle Bogle makes changes at the top as part of a management shift

Publicis Groupe's Bartle Bogle Hegarty, New York, has promoted Greg Andersen from managing director to CEO of the unit. He succeeds Emma Cookson, who will take the title of chairman and helm the agency's Cadillac account, which is valued at $270 million. The change at the top is part of a shift to having accounts more directly supervised by senior management.
