Cheapest Michelin-starred restaurant attracts crowds

Customers often wait for hours outside Tim Ho Wan, the Hong Kong restaurant that is the world's cheapest establishment to have a Michelin star. Mak Pui Gor, formerly of Hong Kong's Four Seasons Hotel, says he won't raise prices now that he has the star, and meals can be less than £10 per person.
