Print rivals join forces to promote industry

The specifics of a joint marketing effort being planned by rivals Conde Nast, Hearst, Meredith, Time Inc. and Wenner Media will be unveiled next month in advance of an April launch for the campaign. Young & Rubicam is the agency for the effort, which will include ads in the publishers' titles and possibly an online extension.
