Speakeasy-style eatery to open at Studio 54 location

Disco-era icon Studio 54's basement is being transformed into a 160-seat speakeasy-style cabaret and restaurant called 54 Below, which is set to open this spring. Tony Award-winning designers created the ambiance, Union Square Hospitality's Danny Meyer will consult on the menu, and the eatery already has signed a roster of Broadway names to entertain.
