Lawmakers revisit L.A. helicopter noise bill

A group of congressmen and senators are working together to ensure that the Los Angeles Residential Helicopter Noise Relief Act moves forward in Congress. In a statement, Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., referred to the noise generated by helicopters in the Hollywood Hills and West Hollywood saying, "The residents in these areas deserve peace and quiet, and if the FAA won't act, Congress must pass this legislation to give residents the relief they need."
