Fla. has 2 paths to legalized medical marijuana

Legislation and a constitutional amendment proposal to allow medical marijuana have gained traction in Florida. The bill may be the easier route to legalization of medical marijuana because it has bipartisan support, while a constitutional amendment proposal on the November ballot is opposed by law enforcement, the Florida Chamber of Commerce and the Florida Medical Association, Gary Stein writes.
