Dyed Hair: Hooliganism Or Self Expression?

Students who dye their hair unnatural colors have been sent home from some Detroit area schools. Administrators say students with pink, green or blue hair, for example, are distracting and they could be exposed to bullying. Students and the ACLU say denying self-expression is not only unfair but could have serious repercussions.
