Snickers ad doesn't satisfy gay groups

A Super Bowl spot for Snickers was pulled from the Web and will not be rebroadcast on TV, after several gay rights groups complained about the storyline depicting two men beating themselves up after accidentally kissing each other. Snickers' maker Masterfoods, responding to complaints from the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation and the Human Rights Campaign, agreed that some could find the spot "offensive," but said that was not the intent.
