Nintendo's Iwata: Wii software needs more "depth"

Nintendo President Satoru Iwata defended his blockbuster hit the Wii from criticism that software for the console has failed to attract hard-core gamers but also conceded "there isn't enough depth overall within the [Wii] lineup." In an interview, Iwata said Nintendo developers are working feverishly to produce software for veteran gamers, but added, "I think it's really important to strike that balance between the two extremes."
