Talk of deflation doesn't slow demand for TIPS

Falling prices and the occasional mention of deflation are doing nothing to blunt a growing demand for Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities. Potential risk for deflation is "fully priced into the market," said Stuart Spodek, co-head of U.S. fixed income at BlackRock Fixed Income Portfolio Group.
