UC students learn to talk to employers about disabilities

Paul Hippolitus, director of the Disabled Students' Program at the University of California, Berkeley, teaches students with disabilities about employment strategies and how to raise the subject of their disabilities with potential employers to address any possible limitations or reservations head-on. He believes that with the proper tools and preparation, more people with disabilities can enter the workforce.
