Amazon and Overstock fight sales tax collection in N.Y.

In a New York appeals court, Amazon and Overstock argued against a 2008 law that requires online retailers with affiliates in the state to collect sales tax, saying it is unconstitutional. Online-only retailers had remitted about $360 million in sales tax through February 2012.
