Coast Guard announces completion of Miss. spill-cleanup activities

Spill-cleanup operations near Vicksburg, Miss., have been completed, the U.S. Coast Guard announced. An oil barge struck a railroad bridge on Jan. 27, spilling crude into the Mississippi River and causing the closing of a 16-mile stretch of river.
