The presence of nanomaterials in foods and packaging is becoming more common without a great deal of transparency or consumer awareness, according to the group As You Sow. "We're not taking a no nano position. We're saying just show it's safe before you put these things into food or food packaging," said Andy Behar, the group's CEO.
