Volvo sees conflict with GM as a result of Digitas-LBi merger

Volvo has pointed out a conflict in Publicis' newly announced merger of Digitas and LBi. LBi has been handling Volvo's digital account, and Digitas does work for General Motors' Buick and GMC. "Our assignments are competitive with Digitas' GM assignments," said Richard Monturo, Volvo's vice president of global marketing.
