Ind. town might strike a compromise on electronic signs

Clarksville, Ind., sign codes don't allow electronic signage in the town, but that could change with a proposed ordinance that would allow the signs in some areas, with restrictions. The measure would create four levels of electronic signs, from static messages to full animation, and set out rules and restrictions for each category.
