Athletes at the Winter Olympics got there by mastering "strategic speed" and learning to focus, relax and be confident in their abilities, writes Graham Scrivener. That's a skill that corporate leaders should try to instill in employees. "Those that believe in themselves, work as a team, know how to adapt to change or challenges, and stay focused on their goals at all times are the ones that are more likely to reach the peak of their profession first," Scrivener writes.
