FEMA seeks return of hurricane aid

FEMA estimates that almost 70,000 Louisiana households improperly received $309.1 million in grants after Hurricane Katrina. An analysis found payments were made for homes that didn't exist before the storm. FEMA officials say a substantial number of the overpayments were made to homes where family members were separated after the storm, so a single family could qualify for more than one aid package.
