Nike, through a new business plan, has set an ambitious goal of more than doubling its annual revenue to $23 billion by fiscal 2011 to move it to the level of Coca-Cola Inc., according to chief executive Mark Parker. "The Consumer Decides" plan calls for the launching of 100 additional retail outlets in three years, emphasizing nontraditional marketing and possibly acquiring other businesses.
