Parents ask for closer examination of bullying

Some parents say they want administrators for the West Contra Costa Unified School District in California to reexamine its policies on dealing with bullying. The demands come after a teacher at Sheldon Elementary School, who reported incidents of serious bullying among some of her students, was arrested. Some parents say the arrest of Jennie Mo was retaliation by the school district.
