Sushi makes its way into mainstream dining

A growing number of Japanese-food chains are beginning to open across the U.S. Recent expansions by Tokyo-based Yoshinoya, the Hibachi-San Japanese Grill and Benihana have combined to help increase Asian-food sales by 15% to 20% in 2006, according to restaurant consultant Technomic.
