Zucker: Does YouTube have "will" to protect copyrights?

Reflecting the importance of digital to his company's future, new NBC Universal chief executive Jeff Zucker isn't pulling any punches in his criticism of YouTube for its alleged failure to use technology to stop the spread of copyrighted programs. "They have the capability," Zucker said. "The question is whether they have the will."
