2 senior Democratic House lawmakers want to kill EPA's GHG ruling

Missouri Democratic Rep. Ike Skelton, chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, and Minnesota Democratic Rep. Collin Peterson, chairman of the House Agriculture Committee, along with Missouri Republican Rep. Jo Ann Emerson, are pushing a bill to amend the Clean Air Act and repeal the Environmental Protection Agency's declaration that greenhouse gases endanger human health. "I have no confidence that EPA can regulate greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act without severe harm to all taxpayers," Peterson said.
