House committee votes to approve Keystone XL measure

Legislation that would approve TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline cleared the House Energy and Commerce Committee by a 33-20 vote. The measure, introduced by Rep. Lee Terry, R-Neb., would transfer the project's approval from the State Department to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
