Iowa governor tells students about healthy state goals:

Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad and students at Capitol View Elementary School in Des Moines gave celebratory toasts -- with milk -- as the governor signed a "Fuel Up to Play 60" pledge banner and talked about the importance of nutrition and fitness. Branstad also promoted the Healthiest State Initiative and said the goal is for Iowa to be the healthiest state in the nation within five years. Former Kansas City Chiefs football player Eddie Kennison attended the event and led the students in exercises.
