L.A. tech partnership aims to boost learning among poorer students

New online-learning programs aimed at differentiating instruction are being implemented at 22 schools in inner-city Los Angeles neighborhoods. The initiative is a partnership between the city and the school district, and is meant to improve education among impoverished students through the use of technology and blended learning.
