Airlines allow flexible rebooking in advance of storm

Major U.S. airlines have instituted waivers for rebooking fees in advance of a winter storm headed for the Northeast. Weather forecasters predict at least two feet of snow in some parts of New England during the weekend. New York is also expected to receive heavy snow and high winds.
