The stock market has recovered from the financial crisis, but many investors remain wary of equities. Some have pulled back on stocks since the market crash, and others want more evidence of a rally. "People want to see the market move even higher before they feel comfortable that this is really wealth -- something they can count on in the future, and that they can spend it," said Mark Zandi, chief economist at Moody's Analytics.
