Ind. superintendent to offer flexibility for snow make-up days

With severe winter weather shuttering many Indiana schools in January, Glenda Ritz, state superintendent of public instruction, said she will soon release options for schools to make up the lost instructional time. On Thursday, Ritz said districts are seeking alternatives to adding full days to the calendar, such as online instruction and lengthened school days.
