North Carolina hires firm to check test scores for cheating patterns

Yesterday, North Carolina signed a $60,000 contract with the Utah-based data forensics firm Caveon, which will analyze test results to see if teachers have coached children on exams. State education leaders said they do not suspect rampant cheating, but want to ensure the integrity of their testing system.
