Restaurant owner and chef Angela Sharpe is serving her customers hamburgers, hot dogs and brats with a healthy twist. The cook, whose recipes often are inspired by her Native American heritage, uses light cooking oils and leaves out sugars, lards and fats when making traditional dishes. "I saw so many Native Americans dying from diabetes and heart disease. It had to do with foods and I just knew I wanted to do healthy cooking," Sharpe said.
