Chef offers alternative to controversial tuna

Chef Bobby Flay suggests a grilled salmon, which contains protein and heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, as an alternative to tuna, which has been in the news lately because of mercury concerns. Flay suggests using untreated cedar planks to infuse great flavor into the fish.
