Low exercise capacity linked to increased health risks

People with a low exercise capacity are more than twice as likely to have a heart attack or heart-related event and are more likely to die from any cause, a study found. Researchers also said those with low exercise capacity were more likely to have conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes and were more likely to be female.
