Adding IPD to BIM projects boosts savings by up to 20%

The savings to building owners on projects in which the architects and engineers use building information modeling as their modeling tool are estimated at 10%, according to Dennis Neeley of the American Institute of Architects. When contractors add Integrated Project Delivery to incorporate construction modeling to the BIM projects, savings are coming in at 20%, writes Neeley.
