Court to rule on BofA settlement with SEC

A judge who rejected an earlier deal was slated to rule today on a settlement between Bank of America and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Under the proposed settlement, Bank of America would pay $150 million to investors. The SEC action stems from statements made to investors by BofA in late 2008, prior to its acquisition of Merrill Lynch.
