FAA releases details on proposed license for co-pilots

The FAA on Friday opened a comment period on proposed regulations that would create a new co-pilot's license with tougher education and training requirements. The regulations include dramatically increased flight hours and specific training on pressurized aircraft. Another possibility: Licenses that are restricted to one airline and one aircraft type.
