$300M refinery set to rise in N.D.

Calumet Specialty Products Partners struck a deal to jointly develop and operate a refinery in Dickinson, N.D., with MDU Resources, which will cost an estimated $300 million. The proposed 20,000-barrel-per-day facility will process Bakken Shale crude oil to produce diesel fuel. "Construction of the refinery could begin this spring and is expected to take up to 20 months," the companies said.
